The position will reside in Philadelphia on a hybrid schedule and will be responsible for firm-wide recruiting efforts and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience, preferably with attorney recruiting.

  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting or equivalent experience in a large law firm, professional services, or other similar environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; experience with viRecruit preferred
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment while upholding exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, strong technical, communication and interpersonal skills are required as well as judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidences
  • Bachelor's degree required

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and location.

  • Facilitate lateral attorney recruiting in coordination with the Manager of Legal Recruiting
  • Oversee shepherding of candidates through the recruiting life cycle and acts as a liaison to lateral candidates throughout the interviewing process
  • Actively source candidates through candidate search platforms, job postings, advertisements, networking, use of career services, search firms, and referrals
  • Manage tracking of candidates, including identifying how each candidate learned about the position, and facilitating the recruiting process through necessary follow up and taking next steps in recruiting process
  • Manage tracking of job advertisements
  • Review lateral questionnaires and facilitate clearance process of conflicts
  • Contact candidate's professional references as part of due diligence
  • Facilitate background check process, including reviewing background check reports, identifying areas for follow-up, and facilitating resolution of any issues as necessary
  • Complete onboarding tasks and partner with Human Resources and other administrative departments as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with legal search firms
  • Assist the Director of Career Development and/or Chief Legal Talent Officer with recruiting efforts
  • Assist with student recruiting as needed
  • Assist Legal Talent department as needed
