As we continue to expand our Austin Arboretum location, we are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Community Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As Community Manager, you will be the face of Office Evolution and play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience for members, guests, and prospective clients.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business center, build strong relationships with members, support sales and marketing initiatives, and help foster a vibrant business community. Success in this role comes from delivering exceptional service, proactively anticipating member needs, and ensuring our workspace consistently reflects the high standards of the Office Evolution brand.

What You'll Do

  • Create an outstanding experience for members, guests, and visitors every day.
  • Build strong relationships with members and learn about their businesses to better support their needs.
  • Welcome new members and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Conduct tours for prospective clients and support the sales process through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and activities within HubSpot CRM and other systems.
  • Manage meeting room reservations, day office bookings, mailbox services, and business address services.
  • Coordinate mail and package handling with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional office, meeting, kitchen, and common areas.
  • Manage and support local social media activity, support local marketing initiatives, and franchise-led campaigns.
  • Organize internal networking and community events that encourage member engagement and collaboration.
  • Assist center leadership in achieving occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for customer service, hospitality, and creating exceptional experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster community.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable supporting sales efforts and guiding prospects through the customer journey.
  • Experience managing social media content and community engagement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and other business applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes consistently.
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in coworking, hospitality, property management, office administration, customer service, or a similar client-facing environment.
  • Postsecondary education in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems, booking platforms, or membership-based businesses.
