Job description

A well-established property management firm is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead operations across the region.  Reporting to senior executive leadership, you will oversee a team of Property Managers, manage a community association portfolio, and play a key role in client retention, business development, and regional profitability.


Leadership & operations

  • Supervise Property Managers across the region
  • Collaborate directly with association boards of trustees
  • Conduct field inspections and monitor contractor activities
  • Coordinate bidding and vendor selection for maintenance projects
  • Organize and attend annual meetings as needed
  • Represent the company during critical incidents
  • Ensure proper insurance coverage is maintained

People & business growth

  • Lead staff evaluations and support employee retention
  • Train and mentor newly assigned managers
  • Assist with hiring, terminations, and salary decisions
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention initiatives
  • Pursue new business and manage client transitions
