AEM Architect
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
15+ years professional experience, with 7+ years on AEM & Related Technologies. Certified AEM Architect
Roles & Responsibilities
• Good knowledge of AEM 6.x Architecture and changes in the new platform including migration and upgrade process.
• Implementation knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and migration experience from AEM on-prem / AMS to AEMaaCS
• Should have knowledge of Oak architecture and Oak queries.
• Should extensive knowledge of Sling framework at architecture level and to do customization on top of them
• Should have knowledge of integrating version control with Adobe AEM and creation of Maven deployment scripts
• Should have knowledge of AEM administration and configurations
• Extensive experience in the integrations - Eloqua, eCommerce, Coveo search and other touch points
• Should have knowledge on Adobe AEM deployment options in on-premises and cloud.
• Understanding on AEM, Adobe Target, AEP, Campaign and other Adobe Technologies
• Knowledge on DTM/Launch/Tealium/Ensighten and marketing pixels
• Work with Project teams/Tech Lead/Developers in defining application architectures and implementation to ensure adherence to business requirements, technology standards, best practices, business strategies
• Experience with Agile/Scrum Project Implementation
• Good communication, Team work and customer Interaction skills
• Experience with AEM/DAM Upgrades and Migrations
• Designing and Manaing end to end MSM Sites.
• Strong on Dispatcher configuration, Workflows, Headless and latest features.
• Working with Adobe AMS or Cloud service environments
• Good Expereince in AEM Application Design Documentations.
• Technically Lead Front-End and Back-End Technlogy team of AEM Projects
Onsite and Offshore team coordination with client
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)
1. Good Presentation and communication skills
2. Ability to use common Java design patterns and a working knowledge of AEM best practices to create custom templates, components and dialogs
3. Good knowledge in Java development and any of these deployment tools, Maven, Git, Jenkins, Sonar etc. & CICD environment
4. Experience developing systems using Agile methodologies
5. Experience in documenting use cases, system test scripts, and user acceptance test scripts
6. Knowledge of Business Analysis modeling tools (e.g. Activity Diagrams, P rocess Flows, State Diagrams)
