The Search Solution Architect serves as the primary technical expert for the Coveo platform, managing its integration across the Airgas CX ecosystem. This critical role involves designing and implementing search, recommendations, and personalization strategies, which includes ensuring seamless connectivity with platforms like Salesforce and Contentful CMS. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in search engine relevancy tuning, AI/ML models, REST APIs, and composable front-end technologies like React.js and CSS in a B2B eCommerce environment.
  • Define and maintain integration patterns for Coveo with other CX platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Contentful) to ensure unified data flow and a consistent user experience.
  • Provide architectural governance for Coveo integrations within the Airgas composable Experience Layer.
  • Oversee Coveo configuration and optimization, including search components, indexing, field mapping, and source management.
  • Design and govern the customization of relevance tuning and machine learning models, specifically utilizing Query Ranking Expressions (QRE) and Automatic Relevance Tuning.
  • Design A/B testing and user behavior analysis, and develop reports for search and content analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Are you a MATCH?
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other relevant area.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Coveo (Coveo Cloud, Coveo for Salesforce, or similar) and search technologies.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce search and recommendations, specifically within a B2B environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Highly preferred professional certification in front-end framework
