A premier public full service golf course featuring championship golf, exceptional dining, and a vibrant social/event scene is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic operation that serves both golfers and the local community through elevated dining, private events, and social gatherings.


Key daily responsibilities:

  • Lead all restaurant and lounge areas to deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistently high standards of service and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with operational systems, processes, and procedures to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.
  • Drive daily leadership functions including scheduling, payroll, and financial oversight to support profitability and operational success.
  • Build and inspire a guest-focused culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
  • Partner with culinary and service teams to create seamless, memorable dining experiences.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire employees ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Training, development, and coaching staff to ensure positive team environment.
  • Supporting training, scheduling, and team development
  • Conducting pre-shift meetings and communicating daily goals.
