Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph

  • Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience

  • Writing Skills: Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision

  • Soft Skills: Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Additional soft skills: Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group

Basic Compensation:

$175,800 to $214,900

This range is for the Virginia area only.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
