Job Purpose:
  • The Service Counter Manager at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service desk, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This role involves managing inquiries, coordinating with various departments, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer instances efficiently. The position requires a proactive approach to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service processes within the store. Must be 18 + years or older to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service desk.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
