• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Provide consultation in the creation of pre-crisis and crisis management plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment protocols.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to identify patient needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams and programs to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans that meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Engage in ongoing participation in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the integrity and reliability of services provided.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting is required.
• Eligibility for licensure in the state of New York is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Outstanding communication skills that facilitate rapport-building and trust with clients.
• Empathetic listening abilities combined with the capacity to provide constructive guidance to individuals.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in both clinical practice and documentation.
