What You'll Do

  • Analyze manufacturing costs and budget-to-actual results
  • Prepare production and cost analysis reports
  • Support product costing, pricing, and profitability analysis
  • Help identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
  • Support inventory and cycle count activities
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close
  • Support annual budgeting and financial audits
  • Work with the Finance team and other departments to improve cost reporting and processes

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
