LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading organization to hire a detail-driven Plant Accountant in Winston-Salem, NC. This Plant Accountant role blends analytics, operations, and collaboration, ideal for someone who enjoys connecting financial data to real-world plant activity.
What you'll do (Plant Accountant):
  • Analyze production and material usage trends to ensure accuracy
  • Perform inventory counts and lead reconciliation efforts
  • Monitor plant activity for compliance with accounting standards
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams
  • Support finance leadership with reporting and special projects

What's needed (Plant Accountant):
  • BA in Accounting or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP preferred
