We use internet and digital technology to make cross-border supply-chain logistics as simple and transparent as express delivery, and partner with leading carriers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk, and Sinotrans.
What you'll do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding - across warehouse operations, logistics, and corporate roles.
  • Build a healthy pipeline through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and bilingual talent communities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, calibrate candidates, and keep searches moving.
  • Manage the candidate experience end to end, keeping every applicant informed and engaged.
  • Track and report on pipeline health and key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Help refine and scale recruiting processes as the U.S. team grows.
  • Represent YQN's brand to candidates in both English and Mandarin.

What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent recruiting experience.
  • 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).
  • Proven sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
  • Strong communication, organization, and candidate-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and juggling multiple open roles.
  • Logistics, supply chain, or high-volume / warehouse recruiting experience is a plus.
