Summary
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our supply chain and logistics operations by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reporting. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn how data drives operational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize processes, and support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports and dashboards that support daily supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, reports, and operational workflows.
  • Support inventory management, transportation performance, warehouse operations, and demand planning through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand reporting needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turns, transportation cost metrics, and warehouse productivity.
  • Assist in root-cause analysis for operational issues and help develop corrective action recommendations.
  • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and analytical methodologies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in: Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Tools
  • Proficient with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment where priorities may shift quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or project experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics.
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts such as inventory management, transportation, forecasting, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working directly with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Practical problem-solving skills with the ability to apply data and analytical knowledge to operational challenges.
