In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation in accordance with clinic protocols and state regulations.
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing therapeutic services through various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs, inspiring goal achievement and enhancing therapeutic outcomes.
• Prepare comprehensive session notes and treatment updates, effectively communicating client progress and changes in treatment strategy to relevant stakeholders.

You will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will play a significant role in helping clients navigate their unique journeys toward healing and empowerment, utilizing a compassionate, culturally competent approach.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a closely related field).
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• The ability to maintain professional boundaries while building therapeutic rapport.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice, including compliance with documentation and billing requirements.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Experience working with various client demographics and familiarity with community resources available for mental health support.
• Hands-on experience with developing treatment plans, conducting diagnostic assessments, and delivering clinical documentation.
• A proven track record of providing therapy to children, adolescents, couples, and families, with reliable strategies to engage clients.
• Competency in managing fee collection and documentation processes as part of service delivery.
