Position Summary

The Wellness RN plays a key role in promoting client health, safety, and wellbeing through inhome wellness visits. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, meaningful oneonone care, and a predictable 4dayperweek schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inhome assessments and routine health evaluations
  • Monitor vital signs, medication compliance, and overall client status
  • Provide education to clients and families on health maintenance and safety
  • Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans
  • Identify changes in condition and communicate promptly with supervisors
  • Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for each client

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Maryland
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or community care preferred)
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
