Job description

Wellness RN
A Great Opportunity /Full Time/ $70,000~$80,000 per year
At ViaQuest Community Solutions we provide unique, individualized and quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Apply today and make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve!
Responsibilities may include:
  • Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team
  • Assess and care for individuals in their residence
  • Assure the health and safety of all individuals and promote his/her self-esteem
  • Assist in employee development and site training of peers as requested
  • Assist individual in learning appropriate self-care techniques
  • Development, oversight and maintenance of the wellness coordination plan under the direct supervision of the assigned RN
  • Responsible for the supplementation of nursing care needs of the individuals served as directed by the appropriate RN.
  • Administer and instruct administration of medication

Requirements for this position include:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Indiana RN license.
  • Acceptable background check
  • Auto Insurance
  • Valid Driver's License that meets company insurance guidelines.
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
  • Possess a sincere desire to provide service and support to those in need
  • Ability to make sound judgements
  • Preferably has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
