Job description

Wellness RN

The Wellness RN provides on-site nursing assessment, health coaching, immunizations, health screenings and educational classes for clients.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with current Alabama or multistate licensure. BSN preferred, LPN accepted.

Experience: Previous experience in health promotion and wellness preferred.

Additional Skill/Abilities: Ability to perform various clinical tests including phlebotomy, blood pressure/pulse, spirometry, vision testing, hearing testing, height and weight measurements, body composition analysis, and hip/waist ratio preferred. Must be able to provide on-site immunizations. Must have a current valid Alabama's driver's license, Alabama nursing license and be currently certified in CPR. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Basic computer skills required.
