Job Description
The Corporate Strategy & Support Analyst role is an entry-level position within the Office of the CEO for a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate. The analyst supports critical corporate deliverables, including Board materials, executive reporting, research and analysis, and special projects, while building core skills through hands-on work, coaching, and exposure to senior leadership. The individual collaborates cross-functionally and communicates effectively with stakeholders at varying levels across the organization, helping ensure key deliverables and deadlines stay on track.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end preparation, formatting, and on-time distribution of Corporate Board materials, consolidating inputs, coordinating reviews, and maintaining version control.
  • Assist in the maintenance of decision-making informational tools, including reporting and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Create and refine polished deliverables for leadership (using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), packaging complex inputs into clear, accurate, and concise updates.
  • As directed, support other corporate activities and priorities, including insurance program administration and facilities management.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate (within the next 3 months) with a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Internship, co-op, campus leadership, or project experience demonstrating analytical and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset; receptive to feedback and motivated to build core skills through coaching and hands-on work.
  • Effective, versatile, and action-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to learn new tools quickly (including AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
  • Comfort working with quantitative information to draw insights and support recommendations.
  • Experience with data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, basic modeling), research, and presentation design.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through to ensure accurate, on-time deliverables.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities proactively, and contribute collaboratively as part of a broader team.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and interacting with senior leaders.

The starting salary range is $63,000 to $77,000.
The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
This position requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card holder) as a condition of employment. We are unable to sponsor work visas or provide support for OPT/CPT programs for this role.
