Job description

Position Summary:

The Marketing Communications Copy Editor is responsible for ensuring clear, accurate, and polished messaging across written communications and marketing materials, while supporting the execution of digital marketing communications.  This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent language skills, and an interest in marketing strategy and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Proof all email and direct mail communications for grammar/spelling/diction in adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Attend Communication and Digital Marketing strategy meetings.
  • Take notes in email strategy meetings.
  • Coordinate changes and distribute email copy from writing team.
  • Build and send daily devotional emails in Mail Chimp email platform, ensuring consistent content formatting.
  • Version control and file organization for drafts and approvals

  • Punctual, reliable, and professional
  • Ministry experience a plus

  • The expected salary for this position is $25 to $30 an hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
