Job Title: Salesforce Pardot & Data Cloud Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ months

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce professional with strong expertise in Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will spend approximately 70% of their time supporting and enhancing Pardot implementations and 30% working on Data Cloud initiatives, including customer data unification, segmentation, and activation. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and CRM teams to deliver scalable marketing automation and customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Pardot (70%)

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) solutions.
  • Build and optimize Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, dynamic lists, completion actions, and segmentation strategies.
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, form handlers, and email templates.
  • Configure lead scoring, grading, and lifecycle management.
  • Integrate Pardot with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot synchronization issues between Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to improve lead generation and nurturing programs.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce and marketing automation best practices.

Data Cloud (30%)

  • Support Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and ongoing enhancements.
  • Configure data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, and audience segmentation.
  • Assist in customer profile unification and activation use cases.
  • Work with business teams to define customer segments for personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Support integrations between Data Cloud and Salesforce ecosystem products.
  • Monitor data quality, governance, and performance
