Job description

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Senior Salesforce Developer to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to develop automations, reporting, integrations, and process improvements that improve efficiency and provide better business insight.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary Salesforce administrator and developer, managing users, security, custom objects, fields, configurations, and platform maintenance.
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using validation rules, and other automation tools.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data solutions to support Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business functions.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, data integrity, deployments, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and process improvements.
  • Provide user support and training, document system configurations and best practices, and evaluate new Salesforce capabilities to improve automation and analytics.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience
  • Experience with Certinia PSA/FFA and/or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) preferred.
  • Experience with data migration and ETL tools, and change management.
  • Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, Sales, or other business teams and translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, support non-technical users, and drive continuous improvement.
