Job description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, CRM administration, pipeline analytics, forecasting, commission modeling, and structured go-to-market workflow review.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured revenue operations review, sales workflow analysis, CRM data assessment, forecasting documentation, lead routing, territory planning, compensation analysis, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their RevOps or SalesOps expertise to review realistic go-to-market scenarios, evaluate requirements and calculations, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based revenue workflow tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Pipeline, Forecasting & CRM Review

  • Review revenue operations scenarios involving pipeline hygiene, opportunity data, forecast accuracy, win/loss categorization, CRM fields, and defined review rules
  • Evaluate pipeline reports and forecasting outputs against source data, defined business logic, expected calculations, and documented criteria
  • Support structured review of CRM data quality, pipeline analytics, sales stages, forecast categories, and reporting workflows
  • Identify missing fields, data inconsistencies, categorization issues, and expected revenue operations outcomes

Lead Routing, Scoring & GTM Systems

  • Review go-to-market scenarios involving lead routing, lead scoring, territory plans, quota distribution, assignment rules, and GTM infrastructure
  • Evaluate routing flows and scoring models against defined specifications, eligibility rules, territory logic, and documented requirements
  • Support structured review of Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing automation, routing documentation, and sales systems workflows
  • Prepare clear written explanations for RevOps and SalesOps decisions based on source materials and verifiable criteria

Commission, Attribution & Revenue Analytics

  • Review compensation and analytics scenarios involving commission calculations, payout models, attribution logic, quota plans, and reporting outputs
  • Evaluate commission models and attribution readouts against defined formulas, specified attribution models, and expected results
  • Support structured review of revenue analytics, compensation documentation, BI reports, and performance measurement materials
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, CRM administration, GTM systems, sales analytics, business operations, or related roles
  • Experience with one or more areas such as Salesforce administration, HubSpot administration, pipeline analytics, SQL and BI reporting, commission modeling, territory design, attribution modeling, lead routing, or lead scoring
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Outreach, Salesloft, LeanData, Chili Piper, Clari, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar revenue systems
  • Comfort reading and preparing RevOps artifacts such as pipeline reports, territory plans, commission models, routing flows, attribution readouts, forecast reports, and CRM documentation
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to explain revenue operations decisions clearly
  • Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work

Educational Background

  • A degree or professional background in business administration, marketing, sales operations, analytics, finance, information systems, economics, or a related field is helpful
  • Equivalent practical experience in RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps, CRM administration, revenue analytics, or GTM systems work is also highly relevant
