WORK LOCATION: US, Remote (Jacksonville, FL or East Coast Preferred); approximately 60-70% travel to gym locations required
REPORTS TO: Vice President, Operations
 
YOUR IMPACT 
As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth by building strong, strategic relationships within the community. Your focus will be on developing and managing corporate partnerships, delivering exceptional service to partners, and promoting brand visibility through targeted outreach and materials. You will also support staff training, both on-site and via Zoom, to ensure 
Crunch offers competitive salaries and benefits, including medical/dental/vision plans consistent program execution. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for the day-to-day success and performance of the Corporate Sales program.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
 
Corporate Sales & Partnership Development
·       Design and execute strategic sales plans to grow corporate partnerships and meet monthly sales targets.
·       Generate, qualify, and close new business with corporate accounts across diverse markets.
·       Manage the full partner lifecycle—from prospecting to agreement, onboarding, service, and renewal.
 
Field Team Enablement
·       Train and support club-level teams to implement effective corporate sales practices.
·       Deliver live and virtual workshops to boost confidence and alignment with program goals.
·       Monitor field execution and enforce policy standards to ensure consistency across locations.
 
Program Operations & Support
·       Lead partner communications, resolve service escalations, and ensure seamless onboarding of corporate clients.
·       Manage CRM data entry, agreement tracking, and membership enrollment processes for nationwide accounts.
·       Develop promotional materials and customized partner toolkits in collaboration with the marketing team.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
·       Prepare regular performance reports and pipeline forecasts for leadership.
·       Collaborate with operations, marketing, and member experience teams to deliver a consistent brand experience.
·       Stay current on market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy and messaging.
 
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  1. Monthly and quarterly sales goals are met or exceeded.
  2. Strong, recurring engagement with club teams across locations.
  3. Corporate clients report satisfaction with program communication and member value.
  4. Promotional materials are current, aligned with brand standards, and field-ready.
  5. Partnerships are retained and expanded year-over-year.
 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
·      1-3 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales
·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or similar
·       Ability to travel at least 50%
·       Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment.
·       Strong leadership and team management skills.
·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·       Analytical and strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
·       Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
·       Excellent Customer Service skills.
·       Willingness and ability to learn new systems and platforms that will be used daily.
·       Strong presentation and organizational skills with attention to detail.
·       High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for fitness.
