HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Lead the strategic growth and maintenance of our existing client base within a designated regional territory
  • Successfully cultivate and strengthen key strategic relationships with senior HR counterparts at partner corporations
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities within current corporate relationships in the region and own successful execution
  • Articulate the firm's direction and strategic vision, leveraging subject matter experts to educate corporate clients on our diverse service offerings
  • Increase awareness and utilization of Goldman Sachs Ayco services among employees and executives within partner corporations
  • Collaborate on designing and implementing services by matching product offerings with needs to corporate partners
  • Partner with corporate client stakeholders to establish success metrics and develop effective engagement strategies
  • Discuss current utilization and outcomes metrics; analyze progress against pre-defined success factors
  • Serve as the escalation point for corporate contacts on any service issues and as the internal escalation point on any concerns regarding the relationship
  • Orchestrate internal firm resources and facilitate communication to enhance overall client relationship

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience with employee benefits/compensation, marketing/sales, relationship management and/or financial industry; preferred is preferred
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and strong organization skills
  • Team oriented with ability to work across multiple businesses
  • Ability to work effectively within cross functional teams, exchanging ideas, and developing and managing timelines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint
