What are some common challenges faced by professionals in corporate event management, and how can they be addressed?

Corporate event managers often encounter challenges such as tight deadlines, budget constraints, and last-minute changes from clients or vendors. Managing multiple stakeholders—such as company leadership, vendors, and attendees—requires strong communication and organizational skills.
