Revelyst, is a collective of makers who design and manufacture performance gear and precision technologies. Our category-defining brands, including Bell, Bushnell, Bushnell Golf, CamelBak, Foresight Sports, Fox Racing, Giro and Simms, among others, leverage meticulous craftsmanship and cross-collaboration to pursue innovation and redefine what is humanly possible in the outdoors.
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Corporate Development to join its high-energy Corporate Development team. This highly visible role will be responsible for evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances and other impactful strategic initiatives. In addition, the person in this position will actively perform due diligence and target research and assist in the sourcing of new acquisition opportunities. This position is part of a small, active team that helps guide many of Revelyst's most significant strategic decisions.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development and is based out of our Irvine, CA office.
As the Senior Analyst, Corporate Development you will have an opportunity to:
  • Provides analytical support for transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
  • Develops, builds and nurtures effective relationships with potential acquisition and partnership targets
  • Performs valuation analysis
  • Builds financial models and performs business and financial analyses of various aspects of acquisition targets' financials, sales and operations
  • Coordinates outside professional advisors' and internal advisors' due diligence activities in support of M&A transactions
  • Prepares reports and presentations in support of M&A transactions
  • Performs industry, competitive and market analysis in support of both organic and inorganic opportunities
  • Independently develops analysis and research that can be utilized to drive better and faster decision making

You have:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
  • 1-3 years in corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory services, investment banking or management consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in financial due diligence
  • Demonstrated experience in developing models for valuation purposes - must be able to pass a financial modeling and valuation exam administered by Revelyst
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve while under high pressure and deal with ambiguity
  • Skill/strength with numbers must be equal to communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Capital IQ platform
  • Must organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects and function effectively as a team member

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
