We are a growing corporate wellness company dedicated to helping employees take control of their health through personalized coaching, fitness, and nutrition support. Corporate Wellness Health Coach
  • Part time working 15-20 hours per week with room for growth
  • Health coaching experience - 2 years at least
  • Preference - able to do biometric screenings
Role Overview
  • We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health Coach to join our team.
  • This role involves working directly with employees both onsite at corporate locations and virtually.
  • The ideal candidate is skilled in health coaching, fitness, and nutrition, with the ability to inspire and guide clients to achieve long-term results.
  • Some travel (up to a few hours by car) may be required for onsite sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and group health coaching sessions (in person and virtual)
  • Create individualized plans that incorporate nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Deliver engaging wellness workshops and presentations at corporate sites
  • Support clients in goal setting, accountability, and behavior change strategies
  • Collaborate with employers and wellness teams to track program success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of coaching sessions and progress
  • Stay current on best practices in health coaching, nutrition, and fitness

Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years of health coaching experience
  • Health Coaching Certification from a recognized organization
  • Trained in administering biometric screenings / blood pressure
  • Strong knowledge of both fitness and nutrition best practices
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable conducting virtual sessions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in health, nutrition, exercise science, or a related field
  • Group fitness or personal training certification
  • Experience in corporate wellness settings

Compensation
  • We are targeting a pay rate of $28 - 30/hour
