Real Estate Associate (1โ€“3 PQE) โ€“ Fort Worth


We are working with a highly regarded law firm in Fort Worth seeking a Real Estate Associate (1โ€“3 yearsโ€™ experience) to join its growing team.


This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to early mid-level lawyer to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial real estate matters within a high-quality, collaborative environment.


The role will involve exposure to a varied caseload including:


Drafting and negotiating commercial leases

Preparing purchase and sale agreements and related closing documentation

Reviewing title and survey materials

Supporting wider transactional real estate matters


The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


This is an in-office role offering strong training, development, and the opportunity to build a solid foundation in real estate law within a reputable practice.
