Coordinate AV system upgrades, expansions, repairs, and installations with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, integrators, and external vendors.

Develop and maintain AV documentation, system diagrams, operating procedures, configuration standards, event workflows, and end‑user guidance.

Provide training and technical guidance to team members and end users to support effective use of AV and collaboration technologies.
