Job description

#Financial Services
Seeking 5+ years of corporate action and dividend event processing, including voluntary and mandatory events.
Must have the ability to multitask and meet required deadlines, as well as being detailed oriented. Experience in analyzing company indentures and prospectuses. Experienced using Excel spreadsheets with a proficiency in macros.
Working knowledge of Phase III, DTC, Euro clear and FIS XSPrisa preferred.
