Company Description

The Corporate Actions Department looking for voluntary corporate actions associates

Job Description

Managing and controlling high levels of risk and liability inherent in the various functions

Processing voluntary specific corporate actions function

Handling moderately intricate to extremely complex corporate action events for multiple clients.

Processing responsibilities include the receipt of custodian announcements, the scrubbing/comparison of data, and the notification of corporate action events to a specific client.

Reconciles client positions with multiple custodians and monitors appropriate posting of accruals and entitlements to client accounts

Soliciting and receiving responses from the clients and for submitting these instructions to the various custodians prior to their deadline dates

Work on internal systems, as well as other custodian proprietary online systems, to perform these functions.

Adhering to established quality control measures and procedures.
