Job description

The Aspenwood Company, a leader in the senior living industry has an opportunity for an experienced Resident Care Coordinator at Village of Southampton, an Independent Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

Tuesday - Saturday | 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for providing medication management and may provide direct care to residents following an individual service plan as indicated. Must treat each resident with respect and dignity, recognizing individual needs, and encouraging independence. Fosters a homelike atmosphere throughout the community. Must desire to work with seniors and ensure a person-centered culture is implemented and practiced. Abides by and upholds company core values.
