Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Communications Specialist with strong writing and technical collaboration skills. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex information into clear communications while working within established customer-specific messaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and distribute clear and engaging customer communications across multiple channels
  • Manage and optimize messaging within a specialized/unique customer messaging system
  • Write and publish newsletters, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align communications
  • Track tasks, updates, and deliverables using Jira
  • Collaborate with IT/service teams and manage workflows using ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, content creation, or related field
  • Proven experience working with the customer messaging system
  • Demonstrated experience with communication and collaboration across the IC; including with variety of domestic and field-based personnelย 
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand complex technical concepts
  • Familiarity with Jira for task and project management
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ETL

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer engagement or digital communications environments
  • Basic understanding of workflows, ticketing systems, or IT service processes
