HVAC Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work. This role offers competitive pay, professional growth opportunities, and the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team.
Summary of Role:
Responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repair tasks, including HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and assisting with building renovations and special projects.

Standard work hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and on call rotation as needed
Responsibilities:
  • Support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club through quality work and professionalism.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and components.
  • Perform preventive and routine maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
  • Complete assigned maintenance tasks independently and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work complies with local and state codes.
  • Assist with special construction projects and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills amp; Abilities:
  • Through understanding of HVAC systems up to 30 tons.
  • Proficient in tools, materials, and techniques for HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and general building maintenance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 feet, and work in challenging environments (heights, humid conditions, airborne particles).
  • Strong safety awareness and proper use of tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive team relationships.
  • Commitment to AAC’s core values.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-year hands-on experience with industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
  • Willingness to continue professional development in Facilities Maintenance.
  • Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain).
  • Stable work history.
