Position Overview

LAMB Publications, LLC, a premier provider of sacred music, hymnals, and missals for Catholic parishes nationwide, is seeking a professional Executive Assistant. This role delivers critical administrative and operational support to our leadership team while engaging respectfully and professionally with church leadership, music directors, and copyright partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Coordinate complex schedules, priority meetings, and corporate travel logistics.
  • Church & Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Catholic clergy, parish liturgy staff, composers, and licensing partners.
  • Project Management: Track production and shipping timelines across printing schedules, music cataloging, and seasonal missal distribution cycles.
  • Administration: Organize executive meetings, compile agendas, draft official correspondence, and maintain secure digital archives of legal and copyright agreements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years as an Executive Assistant (background in a Catholic parish, diocese, or religious publishing house is highly advantageous).
  • Liturgical Knowledge: Familiarity with the Catholic Mass, Sacraments, and parish structures to communicate effectively with our audience.
