We’re currently looking for a Field Service Technician who’s part problem-solver, part tech whisperer, and all-around customer service hero. If you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and helping customers get back up and running, we want to meet you.
Whether you already have copier experience or come from automotive, appliance repair, cable installation, HVAC, electronics, or another mechanical/technical background — we’re open to training the right person with the right attitude.
What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls
  • Install and configure equipment at customer locations
  • Provide excellent customer support during onsite visits
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates clearly
  • Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently
  • Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team
