DEX Imaging – Field Service Technician – Office Technology

We’re looking for a Field Service Technician who is part problem-solver, part tech expert, and an all-around customer service hero. If you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, and helping customers get back up and running, we want to meet you.

Experience servicing office technology equipment, particularly Konica Minolta, HP, Sharp, or Canon products is highly valued. However, we also recognize that great technicians come from many different industries. Whether you already have copier experience or come from automotive repair, appliance repair, cable installation, HVAC, electronics, IT, or another mechanical or technical background, we are open to training the right person with strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnoses, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment, including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
  • Perform preventive maintenance and complete routine service calls
  • Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support during onsite visits
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates clearly
  • Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently
  • Work independently while remaining connected to a supportive service team
  • Continue developing your knowledge of office technology, equipment, and manufacturer-specific service procedures
