Job description

About the Role:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales force's productivity by streamlining operational processes. In this role, you'll undertake tasks that support various sales functions and contribute to the smooth execution of sales activities. Your work will help drive the efficiency and reliability of our sales operations, ensuring our sales team can achieve their targets.
Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor routine sales reports and analytics.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales projects.
Maintain and improve sales process documentation.
Calculate and verify sales compensation and incentive payouts.
Support data integrity initiatives within sales systems.
Participate in the development and administration of sales training materials.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Provide support for sales system and tool utilization.
Assist in analyzing sales performance metrics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.
Skills:

Compensation:

$68,900.00 - $118,050.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.

Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
