Full Time Care Coordinator Manager

Foothills Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Full Time Care Coordinator Manager to join our Arcadia team!

Job Type: Full-Time 40 Hours (MondayFriday)

Pay Range: $20.00$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • The Care Coordinator Manager works under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director or Assistant Director
  • Oversee daily front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, referrals, and workflow coordination.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and email while maintaining professionalism and HIPAA compliance.
  • Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect co-pays/co-insurance, and follow up with patients and insurance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
  • Supervise and support front office staff, assist with training, and ensure responsibilities are completed accurately.
  • Coordinate with the Director and Billing team on collections, reporting, and front office operations.
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and manage clinic supply inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year minimum front office experience in a Physical Therapy or Medical office
  • 1 year supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with Medical Insurance Verifications and Authorizations. Interest in physical therapy or related medical field
  • Understanding of and ability to perform outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to follow directions and use sound judgment while performing duties
  • Ability to communicate clearly and with a respectful delivery
  • Ability to organize time and set priorities appropriately
  • Ability to establish rapport and work harmoniously with patients and co-workers
  • Willingness to pitch in to do what it takes to best serve our patients!
