Job description

The Coordinator 1 is responsible for dispatching and scheduling Field Technicians to complete all service-related issues with equipment. The individual in this role is responsible for the training, development, and management of Field Techs, Tank Techs, Winch Truck Operators, and Swampers, as well as appraising their performance. The Coordinator also creates work tickets, tracks hours of service for field personnel, and ensures compliance with DOT regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

โ€ขย ย Works with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity. Provides a position of professionalism to others.

โ€ขย ย Develops service schedules, fuel schedules, and coordinates deliveries and pickups.

โ€ขย ย Schedules and dispatches Field Technicians to service, repair, and/or deliver/pickup equipment.

โ€ขย ย Monitors hours of service for Field Technicians to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

โ€ขย ย Tracks daily jobs, creates work tickets, and ensures submission to Admins for billing.

โ€ขย ย Maintains branch inventory and keeps accurate counts of equipment on location.

โ€ขย ย Ensures quality of service, and promptly addresses all complaints/issues.

โ€ขย ย Tracks vehicle maintenance and monitors GPS events.

โ€ขย ย Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

โ€ขย ย Completes all monthly safety and equipment-related trainings.

โ€ขย ย Answers Company-issued cell phone during on call hours, in accordance with Company and safety policies.

โ€ขย ย Any other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor.
