The role
We are looking for a Line Cook who is responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. A successful Line Cook takes pride in their work, communicates well under pressure, and helps create a great experience for every guest.
What you'll do
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
  • Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you'll need
  • No experience is required. Prior line cook experience is a plus.
