Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills help manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations. These skills and qualities are crucial for maintaining high food quality, safety standards, and an efficient kitchen environment.

What are some common challenges faced by cook supervisors in managing kitchen staff and maintaining food quality?
