Position Description

The Line Cook 1 position is a senior-level line cook responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and consistency. This role requires advanced culinary skills, deep knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to work independently. Cook 1 serves as a key support to the Sous Chef, often leading sections of the kitchen and helping to train junior staff. They are typically one step below a kitchen supervisor and may act in a supervisory role when needed.
