Job description

What You’ll Do: As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you’ll be responsible for driving customer growth through digital advertising. This role focuses on acquiring new customers while also engaging existing buyers through targeted paid media campaigns. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across channels like paid search, paid social, display, CTV, and emerging platforms. You’ll be responsible for: • Planning, building, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels including Google, Meta, Display, CTV, and • Focus primarily on new customer acquisition, using segmentation, lookalike audiences, and performance testing to identify and grow high-value audiences. • Develop and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage existing buyers and increase customer lifetime value. • Continuously optimize campaigns toward key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate. • Partner with Web Designers and Brand Strategist to ensure consistent creative, messaging, and targeting across channels.
