Support a Major Banking Transformation Initiative


Our client, a respected financial institution, is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to support a multi-year core banking conversion and data integrity project. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with loan data, validating information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting large-scale operational initiatives.


This is not a customer-facing lending role. Instead, you'll play a key part behind the scenes by ensuring loan and collateral information is accurately maintained within the bank's core system.


What You'll Do

  • Review loan records and compare information against supporting documentation
  • Work from Excel tracking templates and the bank's core system to validate data
  • Update loan and collateral information within the system
  • Support ongoing loan data cleanup and conversion efforts
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of collateral records
  • Research discrepancies and make appropriate updates
  • Assist with documenting procedures and workflows within the new system environment
  • Partner with loan operations teams to maintain data integrity and consistency
