Project Manager - Middle Office
Help a leading Middle Office Service Provider in end-to-end project execution for onboarding Asset Management to provide services
The Candidate is expected to work as Jr. Project Manager and assist the Sr. Program Manager in Middle Office Operations with end-to-end knowledge and Work Experience of 8 - 10 years. The projects predominantly involve migrating Middle Office operations, currently sitting in the Asset Management Company or another vendor and move them to the client. Candidate is expected to have previous work experience on end to end Asset Management functions in Middle Office.
Candidate is expected to be an expert in PMO and should have spent considerable amount of time and hands on experience in managing end to end global projects involving Middle Office function in Asset Management.
• Liaise with colleagues within the Client's Global network covering UK, Europe, USA and APAC in defining business processes and strategic approaches to meet Investment Operations outsourcing deliverables.
• Coordination with global project teams and third-party vendors or client's other Business units and the client
• Help Sr. PM track the project progress and handle team of SMEs, Business Analysts, Testing and other IT analysts
• Review, analysis and approval of detailed requirements and related documentation
• Responsible for implementing the project direction set by project steering committee and providing project oversight
• Provide visibility and control for Management / Key Stakeholders
• Enable Project team to deliver projects in a controlled manner
• Provide timely and standardized communication to project as well as management team
• Ensure the projects remain tied to strategy and priorities set by Project Committee
• Optimize the use of standard and automated processes to drive consistency and compliance across projects by ensuring set standards are being followed
• Provide a global view of resources, and effectively manage resource utilization
• Manage program quality reviews, analysis, status reporting activities
• Update the repository of projects underway, work-plan, change requests, etc.
• Gather project data and production of information/reports for management
• Ownership of administrative activities including reporting
