About Convene Health

Convene Health is a healthcare management services organization (MSO) purpose‑built to strengthen the operational and financial performance of hospitals serving rural and mid‑sized communities. Backed by Quorum Health, Convene extends decades of real‑world hospital operating experience into a scalable services platform focused on Healthcare Information Technology and Revenue Cycle Management—two of the most complex, resource‑intensive, and non-patient mission critical functions in healthcare today.

Position Summary:

The executive leader serves as the Chief Executive Officer accountable for Convene Health’s strategy, growth, operational performance, and culture. This leader establishes Convene Health’s scalable operating model, ensures service excellence across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Information Technology (IT) offerings, drives a culture of engagement and excellence in a 100% virtual environment, and builds trusted executive relationships with clients and partners. The CEO will be an enterprise builder with early operating discipline with explicit accountability for workforce scaling discipline and change saturation risk. The CEO works closely with Quorum’s Leadership and Convene Health’s governance structure to align priorities, manage risk, and achieve sustainable growth. This role is instrumental in building services, workforce, and will grow, lead, and establish the organization’s brand/reputation in the marketplace. The CEO serves as the chief executive accountable for Convene Health’s strategy, operating model, growth, talent posture, and market reputation. This role requires a leader who can build, stabilize, and scale—shifting seamlessly between player coach and enterprise leader as the organization evolves. The CEO is both the external face of Convene Health with health system executives and the internal integrator who ensures that strategy, delivery, workforce, and governance remain tightly aligned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Senior executive experience leading healthcare operations, managed care/service organizations, early growth companies, or healthcare services lines with multi-site scope
  • Experience operating within or alongside large health systems is strongly preferred
  • Previous P&L ownership
  • MSO Leadership experience highly preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and advanced degree (MHA/MBA or similar)

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel as needed for client leadership engagement and major readiness milestones
