Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Automation Controls Engineer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Allen Bradley PLC systems and industrial automation equipment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving automation systems to support manufacturing operations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Allen-Bradley PLC programming and control issues.
Provide technical leadership as a senior SME for automation and control systems.
Analyze existing automation equipment and manufacturing systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Understand automation equipment design, functionality, and integration within manufacturing environments.
Evaluate current equipment designs and recommend redesigns or enhancements based on client manufacturing needs and production goals.
