  • Support insurance administration and property tax reporting for assigned properties.

Business Partnership
  • Partner closely with General Managers and department leaders to strengthen financial performance and operational decision-making.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis.
  • Monitor hotel credit activities, billing, collections, and cash flow performance.
  • Provide financial guidance and operational support that enables hotel leaders to achieve profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Payroll & Expense Administration
  • Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, payroll journal entries, and related reconciliations.
  • Manage corporate credit card administration and travel & expense reporting to ensure policy compliance and timely processing.

Leadership & Development
  • Train and support hotel leaders and team members on accounting policies, financial procedures, and internal controls.
  • Foster collaboration across hotel operations and corporate finance to improve efficiency, consistency, and service.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence consistent with Titan's THRIVE values.

Qualifications
