Controlling Senior Expert

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
  • Lead controlling for business units, regions, or corporate functions
  • Perform target vs. actual, profitability, margin, and cost analyses (HR, inventory, warranty)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and corporate planning processes
  • Develop financial models, scenario, and sensitivity analyses
  • Evaluate projects, products, locations, and strategic initiatives
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and support decision-making
  • Lead process improvements and participate in international projects

This is what you bring to us:
  • University degree or Extensive experience in controlling within a complex, international environment
  • Strong expertise in P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and profitability analysis
  • Proven track record in cost controlling, margin optimization, and project evaluation
  • Deep knowledge of risk management, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis
  • Experience in warranty, inventory, and HR controlling
  • Advanced SAP (FI/CO), HFM, and MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
